This self-serve returns portal can be used for Adore Me products purchased through the ASOS Brand Partnership*.
Only return items sold and shipped directly by Adore Me - they cannot be returned in-store. Returning other ASOS or Brand Partner items here may delay your refund.
Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
You have 28 days from delivery to return items for free. Returns can take up to 10 calendar days to be received and processed. After that, it may take a further 10 working days for your refund to reach your account depending on your bank/card issuer.
*Check your ASOS order confirmation or 'My Orders' 'tab in your ASOS account to ensure your item says 'Sold and Shipped by Adore Me'.
